He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Schutte and Florence Schutte; his parents-in-law, Paul Cypher and Inez Cypher; his brother Lloyd Schutte; his sisters-in-law, Virginia Schutte, Sharyn Eulert and Arlene Cypher; and his grandson David Severson.
He is survived by: his brother Variety; his wife Luella; his children, Paul Schutte of Calumet, MI, Mary Severson (Jim) of Stoughton, WI, Ann Dunn (Tom) of Suffolk, VA and Dale Schutte of Madison, WI; his brother Royce Schutte of Monticello, IN; his siblings-in-law, Phyllis Schutte of Brookfield, WI and Vern Eulert of West Bend, WI; his aunt Dorothy Stegner of Beaver Dam; and his grandchildren, Laura Gorden (Nick), Martin Schutte, Isabel Schutte and Gwen Dunn. He is also survived by nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials will be used for the local dialysis center at Upland Hills Health, American Legion Post No. 97 and St. Joseph Catholic Church.
