He was predeceased by: his parents, John Proctor and Blanche Proctor (Golliner); his wife Alona Pederson; his parents-in-law, Herman and Leona Pederson; his sons, Dennis and Gene Proctor; his granddaughter Elizabeth Proctor; and his brother-in-law Ray Schiferl.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Dieckhoff (Duane), Jackie Straw (Steve), Paul Proctor, Marcia Kendall (Larry), Dean Proctor (Mary), John Proctor, Sherill Weier (Andy) and Sharon Kavanaugh (Jon) of Cordova, IL.; his grandchildren, Michael, Scott Dieckhoff, Shelly Eagan, Amanda, Kevin Straw, Ryan Proctor, Kimberly Fladhammer, Sara Thieleke, Cody, Tim Proctor, Angela Weier, Rachel Weirich, Jennifer Finta and Tyler Meumann; and his sisters, Janice Walenton (Ray), Joan Ristey and Madison. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and good friends.
