He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Don Pustina, Evelyn Wilkins Pustina, Art Briede of Poynette and Joan Briede of Poynette. He is survived by: his brother Matthew Joseph; his sister-in-law Olga Borisovna; his nieces, Annamaria and Evelysa; his parents, Mary Pustina and Kurt Pustina of Dodgeville; his former wife Lindsay; his aunts, Kelly Rateau of Middleton and Julie Ibar of New Berlin; his grandmother Evelyn Terrill; and also, Sue Forbes, Jon Forbes of Washington State, Penelope Grace and Benjamin Fisher Pustina.
