He is survived by: his sister Jeanynne; his wife Franny; his children, Scott Cloutier (Margo) of Fernley, NV, Christy Kelley (Jerry) of Dodgeville, Cathy Elsbernd (Dale) of Decorah, IA, Tom Cloutier of Dodgeville and Joe Cloutier (Patty) of Blanchardville, WI; his grandchildren, Lacee, Brittany (James), Melinda (Alan), Shayla, Lindsay (Zach), Spencer (Morgan), Nikki (Matt), Jena and John; and his brothers-in-law, Joe Gucinski (Sandy) and Gerald Gucinski (Delois). He is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
