He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas O'Flahrity and Mary O'Flahrity (Shea); his son Thomas Patrick; and his siblings-in-law, Bob Aide, Clifford Aide (Margret) and Donna Rae Welsh (Earl).
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Aide; his children, J. Lee O'Flahrity (Jean), J. Timothy O'Flahrity and Peggy O'Flahrity; his daughter-in-law Jane O'Flahrity; and his siblings-in-law, Rita Darota (Dave), Bill Aide (Janet) and Ronnie Aide (Dianne). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
