He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Beattie; and his nephew Jeremiah Roth. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Beattie (Mallat) of Boscobel; his sister Jean Roth (Ed Edwards) of Boscobel; his nephew Jonah Roth (Christina) of Fennimore; and his great-nephews, Brody and Cashton Roth of Fennimore. He is also survived by other relatives, and friends.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Duke's Brew Pub (105 E Chapel St, Dodgeville, WI 53533).

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established.
