He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Metcalf and Elnora Metcalf (Berryman); his sisters-in-law, Howard Wilson, Dick Watters (Catherine), Willard Jungbluth (Ruth), Bob Jungbluth, Mary Fowler (Bruce) and Jim Jungbluth (Shirley); his aunt Ruth Jones; his uncle Charles L. Jones; and his sister Mary Wilson of Oregon.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth of Dodgeville; his children, John Metcalf of Madison and Ann Metcalf (Tom Rock) of Dodgeville; his grandchildren, Tom Rock and Morgan Rock; and his child Oak Park Ave of Chicago, IL. He is also survived by nephews, cousins and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Shriner's Hospital for Children, 211 N Oak Park Ave, Chicago, IL 60707 would be greatly appreciated.
