He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Philipps and Pearl Philipps; his son Steven; and his siblings, Francis, Vincent and Geri Peterson.
He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Marcia Hyzer (Dave), Cathy Thomas (Scott), Deb Roth (Larry), Frank (Barb), Joe (Mary), Tom (Julie), Mike (Mary) and Pat (Allison); and his brother Paul. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren.
