He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, James Gatlin Sr. and Roland Holum; and his stepgrandfather Cecil Olson. He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Holum and Jane Gatlin; his grandmothers, Joyce Olsen (Garry) and Marlene Holum of Mt. Horeb; his brother Hunter of Dodgeville; his stepsiblings, Zachary Pope of Madison and Rachel Bridges (Jim) of Las Vegas; his uncle John; and his cousin Maxx. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorials be made to the Gunnar Holum Memorial Fund at Farmers Savings Bank, for a charity or scholarship to be named later.
