She is survived by: her spouse John Crook; her children, Sydney Crook (Scott Phillips) of Barneveld, Mitch Crook (Monica) of Spring Green, Jesse Crook (Terri Cooper) of Highland, John Crook (Cheri) of Dodgeville and Rob Crook (Jan Francois) of Lone Rock; her sister Barbara Larson of Dodgeville; and her sisters-in-law, Joy Larsen of Linden and Joyce Larsen of Hawarden, IA. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
