He was predeceased by: his parents, Alden Millard and Mary Millard (Knutson); his grandchildren, Desiree Swiggum and Baby James; and his brothers, Dallas Millard (Rita), Darold Millard, Dean Millard (Jo Ann) and Davon Millard.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Wunderlin; his children, Dana Alexander (Patrick) of Dodgeville, Dennis Millard (Cindy Edge-Millard) of Spring Green and Dawn Millard of Linden; his grandchildren, Sammy Roelli (Casey), Jordan Alexander (Megan Florence), Joey Alexander (Amanda), Jessica Scott (Shawn), Dustin Millard (Heather), Heather Jo Millard (Ed Snyder), Breliegh Millard (Tristan Richards), Mason Brown, Alaina Lovaas and Mackenzie Lovaas; his brother Donnie Millard (Janet); his sister-in-law Betty Millard; and his friends, Bill and Ruth Brennum. He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
