He was predeceased by: his son Rick Trine; and his daughters-in-law, Cindy Trine (Lieb) and Joan Trine (Hammes). He is survived by: his wife Marie Trine; his sons, Larry Trine (Gloria) of Livingston, WI, Bob Trine (Lynne) of Malibu, CA and David Trine (Marlene) of Cottage Grove, WI; his brothers, Lewis Trine of Upland, CA and Arden Trine (Jean) of Madison, WI; his grandchildren, Kristin Postulart (Mike), Michael Trine (Shannon), Darci Fritz (Jason) and Evan Trine; his stepgrandchildren, Winter Walker and Cameron Selan; his great grandchildren, Logan, Jacob Schulz, Jason, Ellyn Fritz, Nolan and Lukas Trine; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Madelyn Postulart, Chris Walker and Ailani Lee; his extended family, Saa and Willette McCarthy; and his children, Dawson, Ernest and Faith of Huston, TX. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, if desired, memorials may be given to the "Dawson Trine Memorial Fund," to be used to help needy students in the Platteville Public Schools and UW-Platteville.
