He was predeceased by: his parents, Mike Crubaugh and Florence Crubaugh. He is survived by: his wife Julie Crubaugh (Pross); his daughters, Courtney Mallon (Eric) and Katie Harrington (Andrew); his grandchildren, Jaden, Josie, Ellie, Jordyn, Jaxon and Eddie; his siblings, David Crubaugh (Kris), Mark Crubaugh, Terry Olson (David), Mary Esch (Dan), Joseph Crubaugh (Kim), Chris Crubaugh (Tori) and Sheri Johnson (Jerry); and his siblings-in-law, Jennifer Pross and Jeff Pross.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to your favorite local charity in his memory.
