It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Azalia Jolene Montgomery (Dodgeville, Wisconsin), who passed away on August 11, 2023, at the age of 1, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Trevor Montgomery and Alyxis Montgomery; her sister Amelia; her grandparents, Shar, Patty, Bill, George and Jason; and her great-grandparents, Cindy, Sandy, Sharon, Greg, Jim and Joel. She is also survived by her Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
