He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Hoesley and Frances Hoesley (Hermann); his wife Lorraine V. Jereczek; and his grandson Cory Hoesley. He is survived by: his children, Herman, Jr. (Cheryl) of Roberts, WI, Laurie Church of West St and Lynn Kupietz (Alan) of Fountain City, WI; his grandchildren, Samantha Church, Christopher Church and Gracie Kupietz; and his great grandchildren, Ben Hoesley, Drake Hoesley, Drew Henson-Hoesley and Dylan Henson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Memorials may be directed to Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Pine Creek.
