We are sad to announce that on September 13, 2023, at the age of 92, Francis J. Stelpflug of Dickeyville, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Stelpflug and Naudine Stelpflug (Splinter); his wife Madonna "Donna" Schuster; his parents-in-law, Edmund and Leona Schuster (Markus); his siblings, Jerome (Sally), Donnie, Vince, Merlin Stelpflug (Mert), Eileen Stelpflug and Lorraine Flogel (Bob); and his brothers-in-law, Allen Elgin, Harold Schuster (Jean) and Allan Schuster.
He is survived by: his children, Steve (Delilah) of Wauwatosa, Cathy Kohlenberg (Bruce) of Montfort, Joan Wiederholt (Owen) of Hazel Green, Dick (Paulette) of Cassville, Dan of West Allis and Ron (Yvonne) of Ankeny, IA; his grandchildren, Josh Stelpflug, Gina Wade (Jeremy), Ashley Melby (Nate), Jesse, Jolene Kohlenberg, Luke Wiederholt (Laura), Cody Wiederholt (Becca), Lacey Muir (Brett), Scott Stelpflug (Lea), Michael Stelpflug, Alec Stelpflug (Lauren), Mackenzie, Danika, Rylee Stelpflug and Gabriella Stelpflug; his siblings, Gene Stelpflug (Anna) of Dickeyville and Betty Elgin of Dubuque, IA; and his sisters-in-law, Janet Stelpflug of Kieler and Lucille Stelpflug of Dubuque, IA.. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a Francis J. "Fritz" Stelpflug Memorial Fund has been established.
