It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bernard A Heileman of Dickeyville, Wisconsin, born in Potosi, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 6, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Heileman and Louise Heileman (Reding); his adoptive father Steve (Ann Worthington); his wife Anita R. Timmerman; his children, Daniel "Boone" Heileman, Rick Heileman and Cheryl "Gomer" Franzen; his sisters, Irene Zenz (Ambrose), Inez Heileman, Margaret Heileman and Rosemary Uthe (Charles); and his in-law Mary Ann Runde (Phil).

He is survived by: his children, Gary Heileman (Karen), Sheila Madama (Vince) and Roxane Heileman (Dale Barton); his son-in-law Travis Franzen (Holly); his sister Mary Heileman; and his in-laws, Gus Timmerman (Alvina) and Jeanette Runde (Faber). He is also survived by grandchildren; (5) great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the VFW of Dickeyville to honor Bernie's life and commitment to helping others.
