He is survived by: his children, Jason Jerabek (Brooke), Sara Zacek and Molly Arneson (Aaron); his grandchildren, Jack, Hailey, Laney, Lincoln, Sam, Charlie, Audrey and Fox; his siblings, Jerry Jerabek (Nancy), Dan Jerabek (Lila), Anne Seidl (Roy), Joe Jerabek, Jim Jerabek (Monica), Kate Elwell (Doug) and Paul Jerabek (Sharon); his brother-in-law Wencel Cherney (Lori); and his nephews, Nate Elwell and Bodey Seidl. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
