He was predeceased by: his brother Alois Kozlovsky (Gertrude Thompson); and his brothers-in-law, Richard Granchalek, Anton Radey (Aurelia) and Joseph Radey. He is survived by: his spouse Mary "Mayme" Radey; his daughter-in-law Donald of Glendale; his daughter Karen; his granddaughter Nicole Rohde; his sister Arleen Granchalek of Bellevue; and also, Dennis (Ann Vandenhouten) and Aaron Rohde. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
