He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo O'Leary and Corrine O'Leary (Rentmeester). He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Mleziva; his children, Michael O'Leary of Green Bay, Christine Johnson (James) of Dayton, MN and Nicholas O'Leary of Crystal, MN; his grandchildren, Aidan Johnson, Alec Johnson and Olive O'Leary; his sisters, Eileen Peters and Margaret Nemetz; his sister-in-law Jean Marie O; his brother Eugene O'Leary; and his parents-in-law, Louie and Lillian Mleziva.
