He is survived by: his wife Yvonne; his children, Brad Jorgensen (Sue), Carla Schuster (Jim), Sandy Geurts (Eric) and Karen Hoffman (Andy); and his brothers-in-law, Donnie Leiterman and Rod Kowalczyk. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and three great-granddaughters.
