She is survived by: her husband Richard Kolarik; her children, Jayme of Woodbury, MN and Joni Trousil of Denmark; her siblings, Jean Minten of DePere and Larry Kafka (Donna) of Cooperstown; her siblings-in-law, MaryJo Shefchik, Barbara Kafka, Robert Kolarik (Therese), William Kolarik (Kandy) and Maynard Kuehl (Ethel); and her friend Marion Ryan.
