He was predeceased by: his brother Jed Rusk. He is survived by: his parents, June Rusk and Jerry Rusk; and his siblings, Deni Vanderwerff, Andy Rusk (Connie), Kevan Rusk (Connie), Stacy Brinkman (Frank) and Kerry Ludke (Dustin). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
