She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Melotte, Denise Melotte (Lee Kornaus), Mark Melotte, Dawn Larsen (Todd) and Joy Bielinski (Jeff); her grandson Derick Melotte (Chelsea); her children, Justine Simons (Damian), Chad Kaminski (Stacie), Brynn Larsen (Maddie), McKenna Larsen (Trent) and Lawton Bielinski; her great grandchildren, Payton, Rylan, Lakyn, Jace, Rowan, Sienna and Alayna; her siblings, Denny DeBouche (Pat), Kathy Wilson (Arlen) of Kansas City, MO and Teri Meyer (Greg); her siblings-in-law, Jim Melotte (Green Bay) and June Langdon; her stepsiblings, Rose Ebben, Marilyn Kibilowski, Betty Pickard (Lincoln) and Larry Jadin (Shelly); and also, Mark Joski (Brianna), Kelsey Kornaus and Tiffany Perez Ferrando (Carlos). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
