With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph Salm (Denmark, Wisconsin), born in Appleton, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 29, 2018 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Gilbert Salm; his brothers, David and Tony; his father-in-law Ted; his niece Jennifer; and his sisters-in-law, Barb, Carol and Simon.
He is survived by: his parent Ellen Salm (Mattson); his wife Marcia; his children, Sharon Werner (Mike), Sarah Duckart, Ash Duckart, Katie Duckart (Dean), Caitlyn, Julia, Joe (Netti) and Madison; his siblings, Nicholas (Jeanette), Gilbert (Carole), Peter (Peggy), Victor (Lin), Christopher (Susan), Mark (Brenda), Anne (Larry Headrick), Ellen (Larry Vogels) and Rose (Robert Westbury); his mother-in-law Erma Wiercinski; and also, Ted Wiercinski (Carol), Mike Wiercinski (Esther), Ray Wiercinski (Mary), Carolyn Pierquet (Ron) and Larry Wiercinski (Lisa). He is also survived by his mother and father.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established for his granddaughters' education.
