She was predeceased by: her father Rudolph Pelishek; her stepfather Carl Lindeman; her husband James Boushka; her daughter Dorothy; her brother-in-law Edward Boushka (Anna); her son-in-law Harold Eckert; her brothers, Raymond Pelishek and Clarence Pelishek (Lillian); her brother-in-law Gilbert Nohr (Lilly); her close friends, Donald Smith and Robert Smith; and her pets, Betsy and Pepper.
She is survived by: her children, Bernard Boushka (Nancy), Phyllis Eckert, Robert Boushka (Sally), Christine Turino (Greg) and Kenneth Boushka; her grandchildren, Jeannette Wallace, JoAnn Eckert, Edward Boushka, Rebecca Rozz, Tamela Tischer, James Boushka and Jeremy Boushka; her stepgrandchildren, Billy Collman and Jamie Collman; her sister-in-law Lois Pelishek; and her close friend Becky Smith. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
