We are sad to announce that on June 8, 2018 we had to say goodbye to Dennis Johanek (Denmark, Wisconsin), born in Green Bay, Wisconsin. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his brother Jim; his parents-in-law, Richard Lemmens and Alvina Lemmens; and his brother-in-law Ron Lemmens. He is survived by: his wife Sherry; his sons, Bob (Beth), Barry (Kristy) and Ryan (Tara); his grandchildren, Madison, Amber, Kaitlyn, Brody, Blake, Adler and Ryker; his siblings, Karin Wagner (Ron), Tony Johanek (Pat), Julie Ronk (Bob), Tim Johanek (Joan), Lori Warden (Steve) and Mick Johanek (Terri); his brother-in-law Jerry Lemmens (Bev); and also, Carri Prochnow, Heather Roberts, Tara Johanek and Julie Melnarik. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established.
