He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Blazei (Buresh); his siblings, Jeanne Swagel (Steve) of Denmark, John (Pam) of Kewaunee, Julie Chaloupka (Brian) of Kewaunee, Dennis of Denmark and Diane Van Deurzen (Dave) of Luxemburg; his nieces and nephews, Amanda Kohn (Tim), Luke Swagel (Brittany), Mark Swagel (Erica), Lynn Vogeltanz, Kari Blazei (Aaron), Kimberly Hardtke (Shaun), Amie Chaloupka, Matthew Chaloupka (Alicia), Colleen Van Deurzen (Logan), Kristin Cohen (Clayton) and Tony Van Deurzen (Shianne); and his goddaughter Erin Van Deurzen (Brock). He is also survived by nephews, great-nieces and nephews, many aunts and uncles.
