He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur V. Kramer and Evelyn M. Kramer (Boehm); his wife Frances A. Stodola; and his siblings, James Kramer, Bernard Kramer, Dolores Van Roy, Earl Kramer and Germaine Kramer.
He is survived by: his sons, Joe Kramer (Connie) and Carmen Dudek (John); his grandchildren, Steven, Jennifer and Denise DeGreef (Richard); his children, Joseph, Samantha, Ron Kramer (Morgan), Kiara, Shaine and Brennan; his great grandchildren, Sophia, Blake and Logan; his close friend Gail Hansen; and his siblings, Mary Ann Baumgart (Ralph), Jean Gillis (Larry), Joe Kramer (Ellen) and Pat Tebon (Nolan).
There will be no lunch after the funeral due to COVID-19, and masks and social distancing are required at church.
