With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bernie Kozlovsky of Denmark, Wisconsin, born in Green Bay, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 30, 2023 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Clarence Kozlovsky; and his great-nephew Tucker. He is survived by: his mother Arlene Kozlovsky; his wife Ann; his children, Becca Odeen (Trevor) and Joey Kozlovsky (Emily Honnef); his grandchildren, Axel and Ada Odeen; his sisters, Sharon Collins (Kelly) and Marilyn Mleziva (Tim); and his nieces and nephews, Jeff (Lisa), Angie (Pete), Chuck (Kari), Amy (Sam), Ryan (Michelle), Rob (Shay) and Rick (Jenny). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
