She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Selner and Frances Selner (Gasche); her husband Clarence Kozlovsky; her son Bernie Kozlovsky; her great grandchild Tucker Kroll; her siblings, Leonard Selner and Verna Zelten (Butch); and her brother-in-law Jerry Ledvina.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon Collins (Kelly) and Marilyn Mleziva (Tim); her daughter-in-law Ann Kozlovsky; her grandchildren, Ryan Collins (Michelle), Robbie Collins (Shay Aylward), Ricky Collins (Jenny), Jeff Mleziva (Lisa), Angie Hermans (Pete), Chuck Mleziva (Kari), Amy Kroll (Sam), Becca Odeen (Trevor) and Joey Kozlovsky (Emily Honnef); her great grandchildren, Zak, Logan, Hunter, Cody, Mason, Grace, Peter, Macey, Riley, Alex, Jacob, Lily, Brooke, Axel and Ada; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Ryan and Katlynn; her sister Irene Ledvina; and her siblings-in-law, Jim Kozlovsky (Joan) and LaVerne Selner.
