He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Gallagher and Juanita Gallagher (Marinoff); his son Kip Ross; and his pet Ruger. He is survived by: his wife Gail Ennis (Ross); his children, Kelly Gallagher (Michael) of Freeport, IL, Travis Ross of Williams Bay and Eric Gallagher (Stacy) of Sharon; his daughter-in-law Jessica Ross of Williams Bay; his grandchildren, Nicole, Austin, Maggi, Troy, Landon, Natalie and Grace; his great grandchild Karla; and his sisters, Sharon Bates (Chuck) of Delavan and Penny Zoellner of Clinton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Monroe Funeral Home (604 E Walworth Ave, Delavan, WI 53115). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
