He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Kohler and Julie Kohler; his wife Patricia A. Ulrich; his daughter Susan Church; his siblings, Oscar, Emma and Frieda; and his children-in-law, Mary Jo Kohler and Ron Logan.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Kohler (Donita), Terri Logan and Kim Lepkowski (Joseph); his grandchildren, Katie Kohler, Becky Lepkowski, Molly Jo Kohler and Brett Lepkowski (Katie); his siblings, Bill Kohler (Judy) and Ginny Stirmel (James); and his brothers-in-law, Kenneth (Suzanne) and Charles Ulrich (Karen). He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
