He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Parker and Mary Armstrong; his daughter Cindy Wisth; and his grandson Daniel Joseph Delfosse. He is survived by: his spouse Sandy Parker; his children, Lori Ravely, Sandy Bucher (Steve), Steve Parker (Kay) and Carrie Parker; and his siblings, Sandy and David.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in memory of Steve may be made to the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.
