He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Mills and Eleanor Mills; and his stepmother Isabelle Mills. He is survived by: his children, Linda Kelly (David), Donna Willing (Steve), Barbara Wyche (Ronnie) and Shannon Mills-Toth (Mihaly); and his brother Gary Mills (Sue). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
