He is survived by: his wife Bonnie (Canak); his siblings, Nancy Taft (Gerald) of Quinton, VA. and Terrance (Marcia) of Estero, FL.; his siblings-in-law, Susan Merryfield of Sierra Vista, AZ., Gregory Canak (Debra) of Waterford, WI. and William (Ellen Konowitz) of Nashville, TN.; and his friends, Pete, Riley and Murphy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
