He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Skorik and Florence Skorik; his stepmother Betty Skorik; his brothers, Ronnie, Russell and Kenny; his granddaughter Sadie Zachman; and his stepson Peter Kafura Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Sheryl Kafura-Skorik; his children, Jeff Skorik (Mary), Heidi Garvin (Robert) and Jill Zachman (Paul); his grandchildren, Bethany Skorik (Cavan Cox), Phoebe Anderla (Chad), Tyler Zachman, Molly, Peter and Emily Garvin; his great grandchildren, Pierce and Camden; his siblings, Greg Skorik (Merry) and Kathy Lewandowski (Ron); and his sisters-in-law, Carol, Pauline and Judy Skorik. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
