It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Booth (Delafield, Wisconsin), born in Waukesha, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 14, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Booth and Winifred Booth; her children, Barbara Bay (Eric) and James Flatt (Traci); her grandchildren, Ryan (Elizabeth), Kirsten, Josh, Sydney, Wesley and Cody; and her great grandchild Weston.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Alzheimer's Association in Chardy's name are welcome.
