He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Smith and Leone Smith. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Smith; his children, Andrew Smith (Anna), Jessica Pilger (Aaron), Brooke Smith (Jack) and Stacy Murray (Ricky); his grandchildren, Karissa, Jovie, Jase, Eleanor and Michael; and his brother Thomas Smith (Linda).
