He was predeceased by: his parents, Merrill Goodman and Bernedette Goodman (Layde); and his siblings, Larry, Roger, Jim, Greg Goodman and Carla Werger.

He is survived by: his children, Sarah Richied and Brian Goodman (Lauren); his grandchildren, Courtney Richied, Andrew Richied and Elyse Goodman; and his siblings, Ron Goodman (Diane), Randy Goodman and Kathy Mahan (Roger). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
