He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Kleven and Dorothy Kleven (Olson); his daughters, Debra and Brenda; his stepdaughter Cathy Kohn; his granddaughter Samantha; and his brothers, Donald and Louis Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Donna Kleven; his son Kenneth Kleven (Bette); his stepchildren, John Zaemisch (Jodie), Cindy Lex (Bob) and Carla Snyder; and his siblings, Richard (Betty) and Delores. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
