Starker of DeForest, Wisconsin, born in Madison, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 22, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, David Eagen and Geraldine Eagen (Harrington); and her husband Robert Starker. She is survived by: her children, Scott Eagen (Angel), Michelle Starker and Jacob Starker; and her siblings, John Eagen (Laura), Bobby Eagen, David Eagen (Cherie), Barbie Paffenroth (Jim), Linda Withers (Jory), Peggy Sohrweide (Don), Caroline Bell and Nancy Coble. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
