He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Ethun and Dorothy Ethun; his brother Gordon Lemke; his mother-in-law Susan Geishirt; and his wife Barbara Ethun.
He is survived by: his siblings, Rolf Ethun, Paul Ethun, Claudia Ethun, Scott Ethun and Mina Lemke Esser; and his in-laws, Steve Geishirt, Karen Eisner, Dave Geishirt, Pat Ethun and Sue Ethun. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Mike's memory to Ingleside Manor, Mt. Horeb, WI.
