With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leroy John Schamburek of DeForest, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 16, 2025 at the age of 92. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Schamburek and Grace Schamburek (Popelar); and his brother Paul. He is survived by: his wife Barb Malin of DeForest, WI.; his children, Bruce (Nancy), Mark Schamburek (Nichapon), Cheryl Anthony (Tom), Renee Tweed (Rick) and Beth Chadwick; his stepsons, Jim and Tom Malin (Shelly); and his siblings, Roger Schamburek (Carole) and Dorothy McCulley (Barney). He is also survived by six step-grandchildren; seven step-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Patrick Church (521 Fair St, Lodi, WI 53555). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:15 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the Calvary Chapel (1 South 14th Street, Manitowoc, WI 54220). The military honors will be held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 11:15 AM to 11:25 AM at the same location.
