It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Townsend in DeForest, Wisconsin, born in Montfort, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 18, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his close friend Boots; and his children, Jacalyn Guist and Jeffrey Townsend. He is survived by: his daughters, Cynthia Moore (Don) and Melissa Brunker (John); and his sister Margery DeMuth of Dodgeville. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren.
