He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Tiedt and Elizabeth Tiedt (Toonen); and his sister Carol. He is survived by: his children, Heather Tiedt (Johnell) of Pardeeville, Erik Tiedt of Sun Prairie, Logan Tiedt of DeForest and Grace Tiedt of Sun Prairie; his grandchildren, Easton, Kashton, Takara, Israel, Asa, Soraya, Lincoln and Leopold Madsen; and his siblings, Donna Critchfield (Ken), Dan Tiedt (Ann), Ken Tiedt (Barb), Jo Kippert (Dave) and Andy Tiedt (Janice).
