She was predeceased by: her parents, Connie Stoddard (Rushton) and Levier Stoddard; her husband Jerry Foreyt (Jerry); and her sister Teresa Wickline (Terri). She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Cook (John), Stephanie Hafermann (Matt) and Kristine Oetzman (Scott); her siblings, Lynne Ganser (Robert), Bonnie McCann (Scott), Tom Lewis (Kim) and Mark Lewis (Lori); and her grandchildren, Ethan, Evan Cook, Braeden, Asher Hafermann, Steven Oetzman, Abigail Cook and Bella Oetzman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
