He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Heimbecker and Rita Heimbecker (Hellenbrand). He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Nicole; his significant other Kathy "Kathleen" Heimbecker (Madigan); his children, Tammy Vedvik (Terry) and Don Jr. Heimbecker (Nicole); his grandchildren, Amanda Vedvik, Kaitlyn "Kate" and Karver Heimbecker; and his siblings, Bill Heimbecker, Jim Heimbecker (Mary), Mary Ann Heimbecker, Jerome Heimbecker (Marcy) and Barb Heimbecker. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
