Wade (DeForest, Wisconsin), born in Madison, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 23, 2022, at the age of 34, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Priscilla, Ken and Bill; and her uncle Kent. She is survived by: her parents, Jane Rees and Marcus Rees (Shauna); her daughter Seamari; her siblings, Chad (Sarah), Anthony and Sophia; her grandmother Barb; her niece Makenzie; and the father of her child Meek. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and true friends.
