It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Earl Oliver of DeForest, Wisconsin, born in Columbus, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 22, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Rodney Oliver and Mildred Oliver (Lobeck); his former wife Marlis Gogert of Columbus; his daughter Cathleen; and his brother Donald.

He is survived by: his wife Shirley Fogo (Armstrong); his children, Rodney, Jill Jackson (Jack) and Julie Scalissi (Ron); his grandchildren, Michelle, Kathryn, Daniel Jackson and Christine Price (Richard); his great grandchildren, Declan and Sasha Price; and his brother James.
